Felicita is the head of the Arbitration department at Altra Legal. She handles a diverse caseload composed of cross-border commercial, corporate, investment and construction disputes.She obtained her law degree from the Catholic University of Asuncion in 2014. In addition, Felicita has the following postgraduate studies: a Master of Laws Degree in 2018 at the London School of Economics and a Master in Public Policy from Columbia University (Paraguay).
Felicita handles cases before the major arbitral institution in Paraguay and represents clients before ICC cases. In addition, she assists in cases of ICSID, TAS, PCA, among other institutions. She also acts as Administrative Secretary in ICC cases.
